FAQ’s

How does the deposit work?

We will take a non-refundable deposit of $100.00 to reserve your date. The remaining balance must be paid in full on the day of event.

What is your cancellation policy?

The deposit of $100.00 is to hold your spot and is non-refundable. If you need to reschedule your party we will do our best to accommodate your new party date, but cannot guarantee you’ll get the date you want.

Can I see the studio before I book a party?

If you are interested in viewing the studio, please email or call to schedule a time.

How early can I setup for my party?

You may set up 15 minutes before your scheduled party. If you would like additional time it will be $25.00 per half hour.

How long will my event last?

Studio Party:
Music Video or Mini Movie – Your event will be a total of 2.5 hours, 2 hours of filming and 30 minutes in the party room.

Stop Motion – Your event will be a total of 3 hours, 2.5 hours for production of the movie and 30 minutes in the party room.

On Location Party:
Music Video or Mini Movie – Our crew will film your event for 2 hours. We recommend running your party for a minimum of 3 hours, starting the party at least a half hour before our staff arrives and ending a half hour after.

Stop Motion – Our crew will direct your Lego or Minecraft movies for 2.5 hours. We recommend running your party for a minimum of 3.5 hours, starting the party at least a half hour before our staff arrives and ending a half hour after.

How does the process work?

The party begins with welcoming all your guests. Then we explain how a film set works. After learning a bit about filmmaking, the director will guide them on ideas for their party.

What if my guest count changes?

We will do our best to accommodate your request. Please let us know as soon as possible as we may need to bring in additional staff.

Will there be a charge for the adults that attend the event?

There is no charge for adults. We just ask they do not distract from filming.

Can I bring my own food?

Host may bring dry snacks, drinks, fruit, veggies, dessert, and gift bags and/or choose from our packages.

Do I need to provide my own props/costumes?

Studio: We have some props, costumes and accessories for use. We encourage guests to come red carpet ready since one size does not fit all.

On Location: We do not supply and props, costumes, or accessories.

Do we offer “goodie bags”?

Yes, we offer a few different goodie bag options.

When will a copy of our video be ready?

The copies will be ready 2 weeks after the party.
